1. Let’s Chat

The initial consultation will be a discussion around your desired property, style, and location and  budget, offering you our insights on the current market conditions and areas.  We then detail how we will work together in helping you find the right property for the right price.

The next stage will involve research – on our end. Based on your criteria, we’ll come back to you with valuable insights and recommendations to help identify the right suburbs and areas for your wants, needs and budget. As locals ourselves – this part is easy! But our research will also delve into recent suburb sales data, area profiles, council developments, and local infrastructure projects to make sure you’re armed with all the right data.

3. Property Inspections

We personally inspect each property that fits your brief, reporting back to you on suitability or otherwise. Often the photos online do not reflect reality once the property is personally inspected. We will take videos and photos for you where appropriate and invite you to inspect potentially suitable properties once they are shortlisted for you. Your input at this stage is extremely important.

Each property is carefully inspected by our experienced Buyers Agent, before being shortlisted and presented to you if they align with your brief. We work closely with you ensuring suitable properties are not missed.

4. Shortlisting Properties

Next, we will be ready to shortlist properties that may suit your needs. Our search will cover on-market, pre-market as well as off-market properties which are not publicly advertised or marketed. We work closely with all the local agents across the Northern Beaches and also with an extensive network of agents across other parts of Sydney, allowing us to access those exclusive off market properties that you won’t find online.

It will also cover off any potential issues with the property – something that is often missed by prospective home buyers. This may include a pest or building inspection, town planner insights, tree management services, builder or tradesmen advice, or a rental appraisal. Whatever we can do to ensure that you are making the right decision.
