I secured a preview of the property prior to the first open house, prepared my clients for an exchange once solicitor had reviewed the contract. Exchanged 1 hour prior to 1st open house.

Belrose - negotiation

This negotiation involved my competing against another buyer in a competitive arena. However my strategy won the property with our offer being just $1,000 above the other buyer.

Avalon - auction

Purchased for an interstate family intending to relocate in the next 5 years from Melbourne. My client was watching the competitive auction via video link while I bid with our planned auction strategy.

This Art Deco apartment with harbour views was purchased for a Northern Beaches resident who decided to relocate to Sydney’s inner east.

Avalon - negotiation

This client needed a home that had space for a growing family and in-law accommodation. Knowing how to read body language at an auction I knew when our competitor was running out of money.

Newly arrived family into the area, they needed a family home close to the beach for their surfing son. We negotiated hard to secure this lakefront home for the right price.
