Each property is then personally inspected by our Buyers Agent before potentially presenting to you. You are most welcome to attend any inspections with us or you can simply leave the initial inspections to us.  We will then present you with a shortlist of potential properties for further inspection. 4. Assessment and Due Diligence:

Once we have found a good match for a property that you would like to pursue, we will provide you with a comprehensive market analysis, providing a clear indication of the anticipated selling price. If required, we will coordinate experts to provide you with further information on the property, this could be an independent pest and building inspection, town planner insights, tree management services, builders or tradesman advice, rental appraisals or whatever is you need to ensure the property will be the best fit for you and provide you with peace of mind in making your purchase decision.

5. Negotiation on Price and Securing your New Property:

As experienced negotiators we will negotiate hard for the best price and terms to suit your needs in order to secure the property.
